  • Google Analytics: proficient in utilising Google Analytics to track and analyse website performance, user behaviour, and conversion metrics. Experienced in setting up goals, creating custom reports and extracting actionable insights.
  • Crazy Egg: skilled in using Crazy Egg to conduct heat maps, scroll maps, and user behaviour analysis. Able to identify optimisation opportunities and improve user engagement through data-driven decisions.


Tools

  • Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Highly skilled in Figma for interactive design mockups and prototypes.
  • Knowledge of coding languages including HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript for web design and interactive elements.
