I'm a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in the design and digital industry. With a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences and driving impactful digital campaigns, I have played instrumental roles in renowned agencies and worked with esteemed brands across multiple sectors.
At GJ's Agency, during my role as Senior Designer/UX Designer, I served as a creative leader, driving the direction and user experience design for a wide range of projects. With a primary focus on McDonald's Australia & New Zealand, I played a pivotal role in shaping the creative aspects of in-store campaigns, including the highly successful Monopoly @ Macca's promotion. One of my key responsibilities was leading the design of digital menu boards, kiosk interfaces, and both digital and print POS materials, always aiming to maximise conversions and enhance customer engagement. To achieve this, I developed comprehensive customer journeys, carefully mapping out user flows to optimise usability and drive desired actions. Through user-centred design principles, I aimed to simplify and enhance the ordering process for customers, creating interactive ordering products that facilitated a seamless and enjoyable experience.
I expanded my role beyond design to take on the position of Art Director. In this capacity, I directed photo shoots and played a key role in conceptualising and storyboarding impactful dynamic animations that brought the brand's food to life. By ensuring visuals aligned with the brand's values and effectively communicated maximum appetite appeal, I aimed to captivate and engage customers with compelling and visually stunning imagery.
During my tenure as the Digital Creative Lead at GP Advertising, I drove the digital presence and brand experience for esteemed Australian retailers such as Harvey Norman and Domayne. I developed and executed cutting-edge digital creative campaigns, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and led a team of designers to deliver impactful creative strategies across various digital platforms. I also introduced innovative interactive experiences, such as AR to enhance customer engagement and elevate brand presence.
Throughout my career, I have been involved in diverse projects spanning industries such as retail, entertainment, fine arts, cars, corporate and financial sectors. I have successfully led comprehensive rebranding initiatives, managed high-profile promotional campaigns, and collaborated with external agencies to deliver cohesive and impactful creative campaigns. Additionally, I have worked with and pitched for notable brands such as Woolworths, Lindt and Nissan, creating impactful digital experiences and marketing collateral.
